Chapter 1 – Part two – Click!

Matt worked like crazy, finishing one sketch after another for Emily to clean up and Pete to ink. He hoped to keep occupied enough to avoid any questions from his co-workers, as well as make the clock go by faster. He glanced up at it. Crap, not even lunchtime yet.

Pete eyed him from over the top of his desk. "You got something you want to share?"

Matt ducked and focused on his work. "No."

"Oh, come on," Emily cooed. "I know you want to."

"There's nothing to share," he stated, not looking up or he was screwed.

"Did we ever tell you what a terrible liar you are?" Pete asked with a grin in his voice.

"And transparent?" Emily piped in.

He was screwed.

Putting his pen down with a sigh Matt faced his interrogators. "What do you want to know?" he asked.

"Oh, just who, what, where, when, how, in what position, and every little nasty detail in-between," Emily counted off on her fingers with a grin.

Pete rolled his eyes. "Oh, come on, Em. Let the guy keep some secrets, okay?" He turned to Matt, complete innocence in his eyes. "So, answer the woman!"

Matt looked from the one to the other, then down at his sketch, deciding to dodge as many of those questions as he could. "Bar, last night, beers, kisses, nice, hot, babe, new date tonight." All of the above was true, although he had surprised himself when referring to Gabriel as a babe. He smothered a smile and hoped he wouldn't mind the pet name.

Emily giggled as she and Pete high-fived each other. Matt let out a suffering sigh and rolled his eyes at them.

"I want to hear everything first thing Monday morning," she declared.

"Sorry, can't do that," Matt replied and she stared at him.

"What? Why not?" She focused her large eyes and long, fluttering lashes on Matt.

"Meeting with the Boss, remember?"

She was all smiles and giggles again. "Fine, after the meeting then. You won't get away that easily."

Matt shook his head and raked a hand through his hair. He liked Emily and Pete, they had been friends long enough to know a lot about each other. For instance, Emily had recently moved in with the guy she had been dating for the past year. She was fairly certain they were headed towards something more serious and Matt was happy for her, she really deserved it. Pete lived with his girlfriend in a small apartment, although their relationship was a bit up and down at times, they always managed to work things out.

So far Matt was the only one in the trio without someone he saw steadily. No wonder the other two were so eager for him to give them some new, juicy details. This meant they wouldn't have to set him up with anyone. Dear lord, those two attempts had been disastrous. He preferred not to remember, but Emily and Pete were good sports about it and had finally left him to his own pursuits after that.

He glanced at the clock again. Shit, lunch was only forty minutes away, but it felt like the day was a week long already and he wouldn't get off work before six today. And after that it was still another five hours before he could get over to the club without appearing too eager. He hoped Gabriel was up for some action tonight; by the time they'd meet Matt would be likely to burst from pent up frustration.

* * *

Gabriel whistled as he changed into the black shirt with the club's logo on the left breast pocket and tucked the tails into his black jeans. He was excited, but not nervous, with just a small fluttering of butterflies in his stomach when he thought back to the night before. It got a bit worse though, when he thought about tonight. He really hoped Matt would show up. But he thought he would, he'd seen no signs yesterday that said he'd scared the guy off. Still, one never knew, it was too early yet to tell.

He shook his head and pulled a deep breath. No use fretting about it, and he had a job to do, which he hoped would keep him busy. Sitting in class all day had been hard enough, at least being the doorman had him standing up and being occupied by the line of clubbers wanting to get in.

He grabbed his club jacket and keys, and headed out into the club. The Reveler's Lounge was still empty, but it was only fifteen minutes until they opened the doors and people were probably lining up out front already.

Piggy was busy setting up tables for the late dinner crowd, pushing a cart stacked with cutlery and plates in front of her as she went from table to table. He wandered over to the bar to grab a tray with clean glasses to help her and she smiled appreciatively at him.

"You know, you're the only guy that helps with this," she said when he got over to her table.

Gabriel shrugged. "I've worked enough bars to know how busy it gets, figured I'd give you a hand as long as I'm not needed at the door."

Piggy's smile widened and she gave him a teasing look through her lashes. "Are you sure you're gay? I mean, I'd take real good care of you if you're interested," she offered sweetly.

Gabriel laughed. "I know you would, darling, but this guy is taken."

She looked up at him from where she stood straightening out a tablecloth. "No! You are? You got a date with him?" her voice rose as he started nodding at her words. "Oh my god, that's just great!" she clapped her hands and laughed.

"Uh-huh." He polished his fingernails against the shirt and inspected them with a satisfied expression.

"But that means I wouldn't have stood a chance in the first place with that guy, huh?" she asked and her smile turned into a pout. "Even if I'd gotten the first shot at him."

"Sorry to burst your bubble, darling." Gabriel flicked one of her pigtails and she swatted at his hand.

"No naughty business unless you intend to follow through, you pervert," she stated with a pout and a sniff.

Gabriel laughed and she couldn't keep her wounded expression for long once he started telling her small details about last night while they worked their way around the tables.

"So, is he a good kisser?" she wanted to know when he got that far in his narrative.

"Hey! Let a guy have some privacy, why don't you," he said, but she wouldn't have it.

"Oh, you've got to tell me. Just so I know what I'm missing out on and have something to fantasize about when I go home alone later, and no one but my vibrator to satisfy me."

If Gabriel had been drinking anything at that moment he'd have snorted it out through his nose. As it was he nearly tripped over his own feet and stumbled down the two steps to the dance floor. "Shit, Piggy!"

She laughed at him and reached out a hand to help him back up on the dais. "What?" she asked innocently. "Did I scandalize you?"

"You know, there is such a thing as too much information," he muttered, but took her hand.

"Well, doesn't that depend on the subject?" she winked at him.

"I'm not telling you any more, you perverted woman," he declared.

"Aaww," she began, but Gabriel was saved by the bell.

Harry walked over to them and said he needed Gabriel at the door, people were starting to arrive and someone had to at least look like they were working here. Gabriel smiled at Piggy and she pouted back, promising him he wouldn't get away from her that easily.

Gabriel on the other hand pulled a breath of relief. He didn't want to get his hopes up about tonight's date. The night was still too young and lots of doubts could hit a guy during the hours and hours until it was time. No, better to just wait it out, keep busy, and not think.

* * *

Matt changed the channel on the TV again, the game show not good enough to keep him interested for more than a few minutes before he changed again, some documentary about mushrooms; and again, some soap opera, the edges of the screen appropriately blurred.

He sighed and let his head fall back against the sofa. What was it they said? Five hundred channels and nothing on? It might as well have been five thousand and he still wouldn't have found anything to keep him occupied. It was still only nine, eleven thirty seemed ages away.

He'd already showered and shaved, fixed his hair, patted his chin with cologne and laid out his choice of clothes for tonight; black slacks and a dark green shirt that Emily had helped him buy for that horrible blind date she had set him up for. He had contemplated wearing his gold necklace, but then thought that would just look weird, and put it back in the case.

He'd even cleaned his apartment, just in case he got lucky – which he fervently hoped he'd be. Gabriel had occupied his mind for better part of the day, which he found amazing since all they had done was kiss and touch. But Gabriel was hot, there was no denying it. Wiry, slim even, and yet nicely muscled, firm in all the right places... and a great kisser.

Shit, if he kept thinking like that he'd have to relieve some tension, and he'd much rather keep the edge for later. If he got lucky, otherwise he'd just be a sorry-ass loser.

He eyed the note with Gabriel's number where it lay on the coffee table. When was a good time to call? Before he left the apartment? When he was already on his way? Now? He groaned. Did everybody have such a hard time when they met someone new? He hoped so; otherwise there was something seriously wrong with him.

He got up and turned on his stereo, the CD whirred into action and lazy blues drifted out of the speakers. Matt snorted but let it play; it suited his mood quite nicely. He wandered into his bedroom, checking that everything was in order, that... certain stuff... was hidden but not out of reach, that the bed was made properly with his favorite, navy sheets, the closet closed and the light turned off inside.

Still an hour to go before he had to get dressed. What should he do to keep busy? He wandered back out into the living room and stared at the small fish tank on the counter along the wall, the fishes swimming happily unaware of his anxiety and just as happy. He sprinkled some food on the water and it caused some commotion.

Matt went back to the sofa and flopped down in a sprawl. No use even trying to keep occupied, there was nothing to keep him from thinking too hard anyway. He might as well just sit and stare at the people in that ridiculous soap opera.

* * *

He started awake, bolting upright with his heart in his throat. What time was it? Ten forty-three! Fuck! He got up and hurried into the bathroom, making a quick check in the mirror as he brushed his teeth; everything looked okay. Into the bedroom and one last perusal of his choice of clothes; they'd do. Wallet, keys, phone, jacket. Shit, the note with Gabriel's number! He rushed out the door and down the suddenly very slow elevator to the garage.

Matt headed downtown, driving with more care than he had taken getting ready, no use getting pulled over for speeding. When he felt he'd gotten his heart rate under control he picked up his phone and dialed the number on the note, one eye carefully on the road. He had to wait five rings before someone – not Gabriel – picked up.

"Yes?" A woman's voice.

"Hi, um, I was calling to speak to Gabriel," Matt said, his palms suddenly damp.

"Oh! Right. Hold on a minute, he's out by the front door."

He heard her moving, presumably going to give the phone to Gabriel, then some voices and a rustle as the phone changed hands. And then Gabriel answered. "Yes?"

"Hi. It's me."

A moment went by when Matt's heart made a painful thump and then, "Hey! I was wondering when you'd call. I didn't even know I'd forgotten the phone by the bar until Piggy came over with it. You hadn't tried to call already, had you?"

Matt sighed, suddenly able to breathe again. "No, just this once. I'm sorry I'm late, I… forgot the time," he said, which sounded just as bad as 'I overslept'.

Gabriel laughed on the other end. "That's okay, I've been busy here too, didn't realize it was this late already. Where are you now?"

Matt glanced at a street sign he drove past. "Just crossed Becker's."

"Good, head towards Johnson's, you know the utility store? There you take a right and then three blocks down you should see the club, it has a large sign on the roof that says 'Reveler's Lounge'."

"I think I'll find it." He was quiet for a moment, wondering if he would dare say it. Go for it! "I'm really glad you wanted to see me again, Gabriel."

He could hear breathing on the other end. "Yeah, me too, Matt," Gabriel said, and he sounded it too.

Matt smiled, relieved. "I'll be there in twenty minutes."

"You can park around the back, there should be a spot open for you since I didn't take my car tonight."

Matt's heart leapt at that. Gabriel hadn't taken his car, was that because he had other means of transportation home, or because he hoped to be in Matt's car at some point? He had to clear his throat before he could speak. "Okay. See you in a bit."

He found the club easily enough; even if he hadn't seen the sign, the line stretching along the front of the building was a dead giveaway. He drove around the back and indeed there was an empty space for him. He smiled, wondering if Gabriel had planned every detail of their date. He didn't mind, as long as he got some say in the matter of where and how it ended.

While Matt stood in line, waiting to be let in, he craned his neck to see if he could spot Gabriel. He thought he did at one point, all the doormen were dressed in black but only two of them had dark hair and one of those was too broad over the chest to be Gabriel.

"Hi, you come here often?"

Matt turned in surprise to the woman standing behind him; she smiled up at him, fiddling with the necklace that rested in her cleavage. "No, not really," he answered. He was getting hit on? In the line? He wondered if it was she who was desperate or if it was he who looked it.

"Hey!" someone else said and Matt turned again. "What are you doing standing in line?"

But it was Gabriel. Matt grinned and shrugged. "Just thought I'd be polite and do like everyone else does."

"Nonsense." Gabriel waved him out of the line and Matt nodded goodbye at the woman, who was by now looking a bit miffed.

"You just go right inside," Gabriel was saying. "If you want something to drink, tell the guy at the bar that you're with me and he'll give you the first one on the house."

Matt's breath hitched as he realized what Gabriel had just said; he was with him. With him. "Sure," he croaked out and Gabriel gave him a curious look.

"I'll be off in about half an hour, you just enjoy yourself meanwhile and I'll be there before you know it," he smiled and ushered Matt through the door. The girls standing at the front of the line checked them both out while looking a bit annoyed that Matt got to go inside but not them. Gabriel winked at him before Matt headed inside.

The club was large, lavish and stylish, each wall painted in green, red or orange with abstract leather and plastic details breaking up the open spaces. The two bars were spray-painted in purple, and neon lights shaped as starbursts backlit the rows of bottles and glasses lining the back wall. Beyond the second bar there were tables and U-shaped booths up on a long dais where people sat in groups, talking, eating, and enjoying themselves. The dance floor was large, and spotlights and strobes flashed the dancers in an array of bright colors. The DJ was situated on a small stage in the middle of the floor and he kept an eye on the dancers, making sure no one got bored or walked off the floor after less than five songs.

Matt checked his jacket in at the front and headed for the first bar, winding his way through the crowd. The place must be popular if it was this crowded already, it wasn't even twelve yet. Not for another twenty-three minutes.

While he stood waiting for the bartender to notice him, he wondered if this was a club that catered to gay people as well as heterosexuals, because he knew he wanted to kiss Gabriel again and wasn't sure he'd be able to wait until they got somewhere private. He got his question answered when he saw two guys groping each other over in one of the booths. No one seemed to mind as long as they didn't get too intimate; in fact they even got a small audience.

"What'll it be?" the girl behind the bar asked him and Matt ordered a beer. She was quick in pouring it and had it placed on a napkin before Matt had thought to tell her he was with Gabriel. But he didn't need to worry, it seemed she had figured it out for herself since she leaned over the bar with a smile and said, "Tell Gabe he's a damn lucky guy!"

Matt blinked. Did everyone know? She winked at him and turned to the next customer, her pigtails bouncing with the movements of her head.

He leaned back against the bar as he absently sipped his beer and watched the people.

Gabriel turned up a few minutes past twelve – not that Matt had been glancing at his watch every few minutes – smiling as he leaned in close to Matt to be heard over the music. "I'll just go and change. Can you get me a drink till I get back?"

Matt sure could. The bartender, a man this time, poured the drink and Matt paid for it at once, not wanting Gabriel to sneak in and take care of it again. Fair was fair after all. Gabriel returned, now dressed in a pale grey, short-sleeved top to his black jeans, a studded leather belt around his hips. Matt unconsciously licked his lips as he let his eyes wander down the slim body and paid extra attention to his ass when Gabriel leaned over the bar to grab some napkins.

Gabriel sipped his drink and then smiled at him. "I'm glad you came. How do you like the place?"

"It's nice. Pretty stylish," he said, glancing around the club.

"That it is. I thought the color scheme was horrible when I started working here, but now I kinda like it." He took another swallow of his drink. "You want to sit somewhere or do you want to dance?"

Matt considered it. He wasn't that good a dancer, rhythm wasn't in his blood like it seemed to be with everybody else. However, if it was crowded enough and the lights dim enough, he'd give it a go just because he did enjoy it sometimes. When he'd had enough to drink, that is, which wasn't an option tonight since he was driving. But he wanted to see how Gabriel moved; he had the notion that Gabriel was a really good dancer, and wanted to find out if he was right or just had fanciful ideas.

"How about we sit first and dance later?" he wondered and Gabriel agreed.

Gabriel led them over to an empty booth along the dance floor, dodging clubbers as they went, and scooted in until he was sitting in the curve of the sofa. Matt slid in after and wondered how much privacy they had here, if the booth was far enough in the corner and if it was dark enough to dare do something.

"So, what do you do for a living?" Gabriel asked, interrupting Matt's chaotic thoughts.

"I work at a designer and architecture firm, The Bower's."

Gabriel nodded. "I think I've heard of it. Didn't you guys design that office building down town a few years back?"

"Yes, we did. That was before my time though. I got employed about two years ago."

"So you like to draw then?" Gabriel said with a smile.

Matt shrugged. "Yes, I do."

"I bet you're good too." He leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table. "I bet you're really good with your hands."

Matt blinked. He wasn't imagining things, was he? That was a come-on, right? "I get by," he mumbled.

Gabriel laughed, a happy, engaging sound. "Drink up. I want to dance."

Matt was too surprised to refuse, and besides, if he wanted to keep Gabriel for himself tonight he better go along, he'd seen one too many men and women looking at his date to be comfortable leaving him alone.

Gabriel found a spot not far from the DJ's stage and he swiftly picked up the rhythm of the bass and started swaying to it. Matt found himself staring but quickly recovered and stepped out into the crowd, putting a little grind to his hips and a little roll to his shoulders. Gabriel looked at him, a smile on his lips and a light in his eyes, Matt supposed that was a good sign that he was doing something right.

Two songs went by and he was getting into it, picking up moves from the people around him and finding a few in himself to compliment Gabriel's. He was getting hot, the shirt sticking just a little bit to the small of his back, and he reached up to unbutton two more buttons. Gabriel watched, his eyes sliding down Matt's exposed chest like a caress, lingering at the shadows between his pecs. Then he moved closer.

Matt thought he heard Gabriel murmur something, sounding like ‘bump and grind', but he couldn't be sure for the loud music. And then Gabriel stood close enough for Matt to feel the heat off his body, their legs tangling with each other's and their hips bumping a little. Gabriel was smiling.

Matt allowed his gaze to stray, so far he'd been good and kept it on Gabriel's face and chest, but now he felt he had the permission to look. Gabriel's top had been tucked into the top of his jeans, but with the energetic way he'd been dancing to the previous song, it had been pulled up a bit, showing a line of skin just above the belt.

Hesitating but really wanting to, Matt reached out and stroked his fingers along that bit of flesh. Gabriel's smile widened and he moved a bit closer, then wrapped an arm around Matt's shoulders so that they were pressed up against each other from chest to hips. The edge that Matt hadn't wanted to dull before suddenly came back into flaming life. He couldn't stop his hands from holding Gabriel tight against him and his hips to grind forward. Oh, hot, firm pressure.

Gabriel groaned when Matt didn't. "You are so hot," he murmured before he leaned in and pressed his lips to Matt's. It wasn't a chaste kiss, Matt found himself with a mouthful of tongue that wasn't his, and he thoroughly enjoyed it.

He felt a tickle of fingertips down the front of his shirt and he pressed his tongue forward, pushing Gabriel's out of the way, needing to taste more of this vibrant, young man. But the need to come up for air at some point got increasingly important and he reluctantly broke off the kiss. "Oh, babe," he murmured without realizing it.

Gabriel's eyes widened and then he laughed. "You really think so?"

Matt blinked, caught off guard, his brain still a bit hazy. "Well, yes," he managed finally.

That seemed to be good enough because Gabriel leaned in again, flicking his tongue against Matt's lips. "I think we should get out of here. It seems we're attracting some attention."

It seemed he was right. Matt heard whistles and cat-calls after them as they left the dance floor, and more than a few of the other clubbers were smiling widely at them. As they headed towards the door Gabriel waved at the bar where Matt had been waiting for him and the pigtailed girl behind it waved back.

Matt remembered then. "She said to tell you you're one lucky guy," he said as he leaned closer to Gabriel's ear.

"Oh? She said that, did she?" he grinned. "That's Piggy for you. She never can keep her little nose out of anything."

"Piggy?" Matt wondered.

Gabriel nodded. "Her pigtails. Her name is really Peggy, but you know. Peggy – Piggy."

Matt checked out his jacket, Gabriel got his from one of the girls manning the wardrobe, and then they went outside. The air was so much fresher and the noise was reduced to the occasional burst when the doors opened briefly. Matt took a deep breath and shrugged into his jacket.

Then he realized Gabriel was watching him. Moment of truth. "Where do you want to go?"

Gabriel's eyes flicked down for a moment and then back up, making a brief stop at his chest before settling on his face again. "I was kinda hoping you'd like for me to come with you," he said quietly.

Matt's stomach tightened. He had to clear his throat before he could speak. "I was hoping you'd like to come with me."

Gabriel smiled and then nodded. It was as easy as that.

* * *

The car ride was a bit quiet, tense almost, until Matt switched on the stereo and they were surrounded by heavy drums and bass. Matt frowned; not meaning to expose Gabriel to one of Razor Breeze's heavier songs, but Gabriel made a happy, surprised noise and began tapping his heel to the rhythm.

"I didn't know you listened to this!" he said, his hand moving to beat counter rhythm to the heel.

Matt shrugged. "I do, I have all their albums, even been to a few of their performances," he said casually. He didn't think it was a good idea telling Gabriel he was a friend of the lead singer, not that Brad wouldn't mind, but he didn't want to get laid because of associations. But that wasn't fair to Gabriel, Matt amended as his date continued reminiscing. Gabriel didn't seem like that kind of guy, and besides, Gabriel had been the one to come on to him to start with.

"I saw one of their first performances, when they were still up and coming. One of the best live shows I've ever seen. They're so there, you know? Really getting a connection with the audience. That was some ride." Gabriel smiled at the memory.

"You a fan, then?"

"You could say that," he said with a little laugh.

Brad would be glad to hear that, Matt thought.

Then they were at his apartment building and he drove into the garage. Gabriel hummed appreciatively as they rode up in the elevator, and Matt noticed in the corner of his eye that Gabriel was checking him out in the somewhat distorted reflection of the elevator doors.

But they still didn't touch. God, was he making a mistake after all? The heat they had shared at the dance floor wasn't there and Matt was beginning to think this was all wrong. The doors pinged open at his floor and he led Gabriel down the hallway.

"After you," he said graciously and opened the door for his date. No reason he wouldn't behave politely anyway, even if they didn't get any further than this.

"Nice," Gabriel nodded as he looked around. They could see the living room and a bit of the kitchen from the front door. Matt took Gabriel's jacket and then suddenly he was pushed up against the door, his elbow hitting against something that hurt, and Gabriel pressing his entire body against his, as his tongue dove down Matt's throat.

He pulled a startled breath through his nose, for a moment at a loss as to what he should do, but then his basic urges took over. He wrapped both arms around Gabriel, holding him tight as he took over the kiss and plunged his tongue into Gabriel's hot mouth. Gabriel groaned and the sound vibrated along Matt's tongue, making him hum appreciatively in response.

He pushed a little away from the door and Gabriel went along with him, not missing a beat as he broke the kiss and attached his lips to Matt's neck instead. Matt pulled an unsteady breath and tried to keep his eyes open to see where they were going. He stumbled on something and saw that Gabriel had already toed off his boots. Matt chuckled and did the same, leaving them where they ended up.

He had to pull Gabriel off of him though, to make it into the bedroom in one piece since the bedroom was two steps up from the living room. Gabriel muttered something under his breath but let Matt guide him.

He had no more than turned on the bedside lamp before he felt hands sliding around his waist from behind. He let them; Gabriel tugged his shirt out of his pants, unbuttoning it as he slowly rubbed his nose up and down Matt's spine.

"God, you smell good," Gabriel murmured, one of his knees sliding in between Matt's legs and up. He stood a bit wider, goose bumps rising on his skin when Gabriel's fingers dipped beneath the waistline of his slacks to stroke across his stomach. He turned around, desperate to have his own hands on some bare skin, and dislodged Gabriel in the process. As sorry as he was to do that, he'd much rather touch and caress too. Gabriel was back in an instant anyway.

Matt got his hands in under Gabriel's top and pulled it up, Gabriel raising his arms, and it was gone in one smooth movement. Firm, wiry muscles covered his chest, just like Matt had thought. Gabriel's nipples were a shade darker than his own, stiff and apparently sensitive, if the gasps when he rubbed his thumb over one of them were anything to judge by. He smiled and leaned down to taste it.

Gabriel groaned and slid his fingers into Matt's hair, massaging his scalp in slow, sure strokes that had Matt's skin tingling. He gently held the nipple between his teeth and then flicked it with the tip of his tongue. Gabriel shuddered.

"Oh, you're good at that," he said, his voice just a bit hoarse. "I could come from you doing just that to me."

Matt had to relinquish his prize and look up then. "You can?" he asked, a bit amazed.

Gabriel nodded with a little smile. "Yes, so unless you want to end this fast, you should leave them alone for a bit."

Matt hmmm-ed and gave the nipples one last look. "For now," he agreed, then turned his attention to getting them both naked.

Gabriel joined in, his agile hands making short work of Matt's belt and zipper, and sliding his slacks down over his butt before Matt could do anything to help. Not that he wasn't busy himself; just that Gabriel was wearing a pair of jeans with buttons instead of one button and a zipper, and he was so horny by now his fingers trembled enough to make unbuttoning difficult. And he got distracted, somewhere between the second and third button, when Gabriel slid his hands down the front of his briefs and touched Matt's cock for the very first time.

His hips rolled forward and his head tilted back, groaning, he tried to keep from throwing Gabriel down on the bed then and there, but it was hard.

It didn't seem Gabriel would have minded though. "You're big," he murmured, still fondling Matt's cock, a few fingers reaching further down to tease his balls.

Matt opened his eyes and gave him a look. "And your pants are giving me trouble. Get them off," he demanded, a bit roughly, he had to admit.

Gabriel grinned and released him, which gave him a chance to compose himself before he did something embarrassing. But he didn't get much of a reprieve, Gabriel was a tease. He did as Matt asked; unbuttoning his jeans and sliding them down his legs – long, firm legs – but he took his time about it. Matt had the opportunity to really study what was offered to him.

Gabriel was not quite as tall as Matt, more slender over the hips and shoulders but muscled and firm. He had next to no body hair, just a faint trail reaching down from his navel to his groin. And he was going commando. Matt's breath hitched and his eyes widened when Gabriel straightened up and he saw the proud, rosy cock standing up from a nest of black curls. It was slender like the rest of Gabriel, long, with a somewhat wider head, and it was pushing out of its foreskin as Matt watched.

"Oh, babe," Matt murmured and took a step closer.

"Like what you see?" Gabriel asked with a teasing glint in his dark blue eyes.

"If I don't get to fuck you, I'm going to explode," Matt said, and then realized he'd said it. He stopped where he stood. "I mean, if that's okay with you?"

Gabriel smiled and took the last step up to him. "Yes, it is. As long as I get to top from the bottom."

Matt chuckled and grabbed hold of his hips. "Fine by me."

He steered Gabriel backwards to the bed, stepping out of his briefs when they were slid down his legs by deft hands, and then they tumbled onto the mattress in a tangle of limbs. Gabriel laughed out loud, clinging to Matt's shoulders and wrapping a leg around his thighs. Matt grabbed hold of the leg and ground down against the body under him, making the laugh turn into a gasp and a moan as their erections were pressed together between their stomachs.

"Oh, man," Gabriel groaned and his fingers dug into Matt's skin.

"You like that?" He did it again and Gabriel thrust up to meet him.

"You've got to fuck me, Matt, or I'm going to die," Gabriel told him when he could breathe again.

"We can't have that," he agreed.

"I've got condoms in my pants."

Matt looked down at Gabriel, smiling, suddenly feeling all warm inside. That Gabriel had wanted this enough to come prepared. He leaned down and kissed him, using enough tongue to make him whimper.

"Don't worry," he said when he finally let Gabriel go; there was a flush over his cheeks that Matt found adorable. "I've got everything taken care of."

Just a bit reluctant, he rolled off and reached for the bedside table, opening the drawer and taking out the necessary items to place them within reach. Gabriel had rolled onto his side to watch, one hand slowly stroking up and down his erection, keeping it alive and if possible that sight made Matt even harder than he already was.

Gabriel smiled when he saw the reaction, his other hand reaching up to flick his own nipple, and he gasped. That did it. Matt swooped in and attached his mouth to Gabriel's, smothering the laugh that spilled out from between the lush lips. From there he continued down Gabriel's jaw line, a faint smattering of stubble rasping his tongue, down his neck, which made Gabriel tilt his head back invitingly.

Matt found a good spot at the curve of the shoulder, and started to suck, adding just a hint of teeth when Gabriel moaned and his hands came up to grasp Matt's hair. He liked how Gabriel sounded, how the noises he made vibrated against Matt's lips, and how his body writhed under him. He leaned back and inspected the mark he'd made, it was to his satisfaction.

Gabriel was panting, a reproachful look on his face. "Warn a guy first, okay? That's nearly as dangerous as my nipples."

Matt grinned. "I could say the same; I'm much for the visuals. You just turn me into a beast."

Gabriel blinked. Then smiled, seeming pleased with that answer. He reached out for Matt. "Then, my big, hard, handsome beast, come take me, break me, make me yours."

Gabriel is quoting lyrics? Matt wondered hazily. But how could he say no? He couldn't. He took the lube with him as he crawled over Gabriel, trying to make as much of their bodies touch as possible. It seemed he wasn't fast enough though, Gabriel got hold of a condom and tore open the wrapper with his teeth, then reached for Matt with a smile. Matt lifted up off his body enough to let him roll it on, biting his teeth against the urge to come just from the few, firm strokes Gabriel gave him before he took the lube and flicked it open.

"Do you want to prepare me or should I?" he asked with a sly little smile.

Matt snatched the lube, lightning fast. "Let me." That was something he really liked to do, finding out the inner secrets of his lovers, opening them up for him and making them beg for him to take them.

It was a good decision; Gabriel purred and basked in the attention. He truly enjoyed what Matt did to him, writhing and rolling his hips when Matt stretched him, adding a second and a third finger, then gasping and moaning when Matt found and rubbed his prostate. Gabriel got lost in the pleasure, reaching up to pinch and roll his own nipples, nearly whining now.

Matt withdrew his fingers, not wanting to end this too soon. He licked and nuzzled his way back up Gabriel's body, one hand snaking out to find the lube, the other caressing up Gabriel's side, stopping on the way to rub a thumb over a hipbone, along a rib, teasingly flick a nipple. "Are you ready for me?" he whispered when he got all the way up, his nose bumping against Gabriel's chin.

"Yes," Gabriel moaned. "Please, take me. Now."

Well, there was no arguing with that. He quickly lubed up and hooked an arm under one of Gabriel's knees, lifting it up over his shoulder, Gabriel wrapping the other around his waist. He leaned in, aligning himself, and Gabriel looked up at him. His breath was coming in short pants, his cheeks flushed with color and he reached up to tangle his fingers in Matt's hair as he started to push inside.

"Oh yes," Gabriel moaned. "So big, so good." He gasped when his body clamped together around Matt, but it lasted only for a brief moment, and then he could slide all the way in to his balls.

Pressed up against Gabriel's ass, the insides of his body holding Matt's cock tightly like it should always be there, both of them panting and small shivers running down Matt's spine when Gabriel looked up at him. This was where he belonged; there was no doubt about it. He wanted this again, forever. Just the thought of Gabriel not wanting to see him again had him gasping in pain and thrusting before he could think about it, desperate to make Gabriel his and his alone.

Gabriel held still for the first few thrusts, and Matt had nearly gotten to the conclusion that he was hurting him, his rhythm faltering a little, when Gabriel smiled and pulled him down for a kiss. His leg slid down from Matt's shoulder and he wrapped it around his waist instead, holding him closer and using the leverage to pull himself up onto Matt's cock.

Matt reared back with a gasp. "God!"

Gabriel laughed; Matt felt it all the way down in his groin. "No, just me. But thanks for the compliment." Then he proceeded to drive Matt crazy. His hands felt like they were everywhere, stroking, caressing, pinching just on the good side of pain. Matt wanted to reciprocate, but he was too busy rocking his body into Gabriel's tight passage. Then he must have hit his prostate because Gabriel's eyes rolled back and he arched up with a loud, drawn-out moan.

"Oh, yes! That's it," Gabriel gasped out when he came down again. "Do that again."

Matt would have said something witty, he was sure, if only he could have made his brain function properly. As it was he was glad his body knew what to do; Gabriel took the breath out of him.

He realized regretfully that he was moving into his final rhythm, wanting to prolong this but being unable to break the basic urges of his body, and it insisted he come. Not wanting to be a bad lover, he reached down and started jerking Gabriel off. Gabriel shouted out loud and within just a few firm strokes, he was coming. Matt was relieved, he came with a groan not long after, grinding as far inside Gabriel as he could.

He collapsed on top of him, panting, sweaty, and incredibly, amazingly happy. After a few moments, when he had the strength to lift his head, he looked down at Gabriel, his heavy eyelids and moist, reddened lips, and kissed him. Gabriel answered lazily, still shuddering a little from time to time in the afterglow of orgasm. Matt slid his arms in under Gabriel's shoulders to wrap his fingers around the back of his neck, a bit of support as he continued to slowly kiss Gabriel, expressing his gratitude in this simple, pleasurable way.

The softening of his erection and the movements of their bodies made him slip out of Gabriel, they both frowned in displeasure at the feeling, and Matt reluctantly rolled off the bed to deal with the used condom. He leaned back down over Gabriel for a quick kiss.

"Wait here, I'll bring a towel."

Gabriel hummed with a smile, distracting Matt from what he was supposed to do with a leisurely, full body stretch that put his whole body in glorious relief against the dark sheets. "What?" he asked innocently.

Matt shook his head and headed to the bathroom. After a quick wipe down with a damp towel and a rinsing out of his mouth, he took the towel with him back to the bedroom. Gabriel smiled at him and let him clean up the mess on his skin. Matt couldn't resist leaning down and kiss the small indent of his bellybutton, and Gabriel giggled at the ticklish feeling.

"Thank you," he said when Matt started kissing his way up towards a nipple, his previous cleaning task forgotten.

Matt looked up in surprise. "For what?"

Gabriel blushed and his eyes flicked away for an instant. "For this," he said quietly. "For… having sex with me." His blush deepened when Matt stared at him.

"Oh." Matt crawled up and covered the beautiful body with his own, his heart swelling with emotions. How Gabriel could be a wild, wanton bottom in bed one moment and a shy young man the next, it took Matt's breath away and stirred his heart. "Oh. Oh, god." He covered Gabriel's face with kisses, his hands caressing every inch of skin he could reach. "Oh, babe."

After the initial surprise Gabriel started laughing in-between kissing Matt back. "Hey," he laughed. "What's with the eager kisses?"

"You are just so adorable," Matt explained, still finding places to kiss, even nibble a bit. Ah, the earlobe seemed to be a sensitive spot.

"I am?" Gabriel wondered in disbelief.

"You are. I wasn't even that good, I usually have more stamina than this," Matt muttered into Gabriel's hair, where he had placed the last kiss.

"Hey!" Gabriel made him look at him. "That was fucking fantastic! I was coming all over the place, so don't say it wasn't good."

Matt shrugged. "Still..."

Gabriel's eyes narrowed and there was a twinkle in them. "More stamina, huh?"

"Well, yes."

"Hmm, that's something I'd like to make good use of sometime," he said, leaning up a little to kiss Matt's nose.

Matt stared. "You would? You'll... have sex with me again?"

Gabriel smiled. "If you want me." One of his fingers began drawing small circles over Matt's shoulders.

"I do want you, Gabriel. Again and again."

Whatever reply Gabriel had to that was lost in the kiss they shared, but Matt thought he got the gist of it when Gabriel's arms tightened around him and a leg tangled with his own.

They settled down after a while, Matt with an arm around Gabriel's back and Gabriel's dark head resting on Matt's shoulder. He snuggled closer and Matt happily let him, it had been a while since he fell asleep with someone in his bed – a naked, breathtakingly sexy someone at that – and he realized he had missed it.

"Good thing it's Saturday tomorrow," Gabriel mumbled after a while, his breath tickling and hot against Matt's skin.

"Today," Matt corrected automatically.

"Huh?"

"It's Saturday today, actually," he clarified.

"Oh, right," Gabriel agreed, sounding just a bit sleepy. "Guess we passed midnight somewhere along the way."

Matt chuckled. "We passed midnight around the time you got off from work. Just how many brain cells did we fry on you?"

Gabriel halfheartedly punched him in the side. "Mean," he muttered. "'M tired. Sleep."

Matt hugged him closer in apology, but his smile widened. "Okay, you go to sleep, babe."

"Babe... sounds good." Gabriel yawned and within moments his breathing evened out and he was asleep.

Matt made sure the comforter was tucked around them and that no foot was uncovered in the process, before he turned out the light. A few minutes later, he too was asleep, a small smile on his lips.
