The Dalmati is one of the few nomadic people of the lush forest- and grass lands of the east continent. They are still allowed by the townspeople in the growing settlements to roam the lands, if they stay where they are not seen or heard of near the towns. However, they are often welcome in the markets with their produce and trappings, known for the beautiful furs and craftsmanship.
The Dalmati is a friendly people, open and kind to their fellow beings, and never turn down anyone in need. Mainly hunters and gatherers they are often called the Peace People; however, they are also very skilled and powerful in battle if it should be needed.
The Dalmati consists of five clans; the Green Vale clan, the Rippling Stream clan, the Tall Grass Hills clan, the Riverside clan, and the Fallen Leaf clan. The clans each have their healers and councils, where the women are often in majority and respected. The clans each have their designated leaders, but the leaders are obligated to consult with the council in every major decision.
